Before you come in

Client information.

What to expect, what to wear, and how sessions work. Read this once before your first visit.

What to expect

Your first session (60 minutes): Garrett watches how you move to find where your body is compensating. The core idea is that you're in pain because something is working too much and something isn't working enough. He teaches you specific protocols using simple props like yoga blocks, foam rollers, and gymnastic rings, guiding you through each one so you can feel what correct form is like in your body. Most clients feel relief before they leave.

Follow-up sessions (50 minutes): Garrett refines the protocols you've already learned, adjusting your technique as your body changes, and introduces new ones from the 8 core protocols. The goal is to build a complete practice you can do on your own.

At home: The protocols are simple and they feel good. Daily practice takes about 15–20 minutes. All equipment is provided during sessions, but you'll want your own set for home use (view recommended tools).
